Today we put the Valkyrie and the Doomsday Lager into secondary. Their gravities were as expected, but the Valkyrie was a bit like the Franken-bier (pronounced "frahnken-bier") from Octoberfest. I also bottled 4 bottles of the Doomsday Lager in hopes that it will bottle condition and Naturally carbonate.
